I've never really had much difficulty gaining weight. It even kind of sneaks up on me sometimes *not lately though lol*. But yes most gainers will hit a plateau, and at that point if you want to keep growing the best thing to do is to start keeping a food diary. You just go a few days and write down what you eat so you know how much. Then it's easier to know where you can get more calories in.
